The Company is committed to delivering high-quality services. However, if the Company fails to perform the agreed-upon services due to its shortcomings, the following refund policy will apply:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds will only be considered if the Company fails to perform the service explicitly mentioned in the agreement with the Client.

    • Refunds will not be provided for delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client or external factors beyond the Company’s control (e.g., government policies, unforeseen circumstances).

  2. Refund Amount:

    • The refund amount will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

    • Partial refunds may be provided if some parts of the service have already been delivered.

  3. Procedure for Refunds:

    • Clients must submit a written request for a refund within 30 days of the service failure, providing all necessary details and supporting documents.

    • The Company will review the request and respond within 15 business days.

  4. Exclusions:
